Cleaning FAQs

Are you insured and bonded?


Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. If you'd like to see proof of our insurance and bonding during in-home consultation, please ask. Bonding is insurance that protects and compensates you if a Chicago Clean Home employee were ever to be guilty of theft. Liability insurance protects you and covers the cost of repairs or any damages to your home or property if caused by a Chicago Clean Home employee.

Is a long term contract required for home cleaning service?


Not at all. CleanCC is happy to earn your business any time you want to use us. We do offer regular cleaning programs for those who want to enjoy our services on regular basis. If you sign with us for regular services we can offer you better prices.

Do you provide your own cleaning products and supplies?


Yes your cleaning fee includes the cost of supplies and use of our equipment. Some clients have particular wishes when it comes to cleaning certain pieces of furniture or areas. If you prefer that we use one of your product for a particular application, just let us know.

What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your regular service?


That's perfectly fine, we are happy to accomodate special request. Contact us for more information about specific cleaning projects.

Will I have the same cleaning technicians each visit?


We make every effort to send the same technician or team each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

What should we do with our pets while cleaning our home?


Most of our clients have pets . Our employees love pets and are happy to have them around as long as the pets feel the same way! Before we start cleaning your home , we'd like to meet your pets first , if possible , so they are familiar with us when we arive for our first clean.

What if something in my home gets broken?


Our staff is incredibly careful while cleaning your home and in fact we have an exemplary record of not breaking things. However accidents do happen. If something in you house is broken by one of our employees , we will repair or replace the item.Insurance claim will be filed when appropiate.Please notify us within 48 hours of cleaning date if accidents occur.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?


We want you to be complete happy every time we clean your home and so we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an area was missed or you are not satisfied for any reason please notify us within 24 hours of cleaning and we will send the team back to your house , to correct the problem at our expense.At CleanCC Cleaning excelent customer service is standard . We regulary ask customers for performance feedback evaluations because if our clients are not satisfied with our service, we are not satisfied.
